      Smile Shoppe Pediatric Dentistry is by far the most rudest dishonest Doctors and staff. They would not give me a date or time they would do the procedure for my son and we have gotten a pre determination from our insurance company and they said our portion of the bill for the work that my son needed done would be $2000 more than our pre determination was and every time I would call about an appointment they would tell me I have to pay that much and I would have to tell them about the pre determination and after the procedure was done they lost the pre determination and still over charged us more than $200. I highly recommend that you NOT GO TO THE SMILE SHOPPE PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY OF ROGERS AND SPRINGDALE
