Food was average, staff arrogant and slow and the area is creepy. Had reservations made but waited ror a table and was sitted by the door.... Will NEVER go back.

The location is not very friendly, it's next to a strip club (with lots of shootings). The food is just average, with most of it being frozen with canned sauces (the calamari was clearly not fresh and the sauce tasted like it came from Costco). The bar is great and the drinks are good. And once inside the decor is beautiful and relaxing, although if you sit next to the wall, you can hear the music from the strip club.

As soon as we walked in we were impressed with the decor. You would never know you are sitting in Springfield, Ma. The attention to detail both from our wait person, Kaitlin, and the presentation from the kitchen was commendable. Will we go back again, you're darn tootin....Al Parrow / Springfield, MA

We would love to review the food or the restaurant service but were not given the opportunity! We arrived before 6 pm on my birthday and were turned away from an empty restaurant because we did not have a reservation! This restaurant is so arrogant they obviously did not need our business. Do they really need yours?If the rating system allowed it we would give them a negative star rating. We will never be back and will tell people not to patronize this arrogant establishment.
