      This is the only florist I order from---great arrangements. Good qualtity and qualtity!

      And the plant/shrubs and trees are terrific quality. Staff is very helpful.

      This is the best place in Springfield to feel like you've gotten away from the city. Walking through makes you feel like you've had a mini vacation with all the gorgeous plants and many indoor and outdoor items to make your house a home.

      Very disappointing service. I ordered 3 yards of mulch. It was delivered a week early and appeared to come from the bottom of the pile. Mostly dirt, very little mulch. I paid $75/yard plus delivery charges. I ordered 3 yards. The most they were willing to do in order to rectify was to give me a $10 credit. Customer service is lacking. Mulch quality was poor.
