Dr Mary is simply the best there is!!!!!!! She has a 6th sense that I call "cat sense".The cats like her and trust her like no other vet I have ever seen. She treats and cares about each cat as if it were her own.

The crews at Just Cats, from the doctors to the manager, are very caring about my cat. My visit to Just Cats started with my emergency call one early morning when my cat broke her leg. Other animal hospitals weren't even open at that hour. Even though I had never been to their clinic before, they responded immediately and treated my cat without any delay. They also went out of their way to help me through the painful vaccination and treatment process for relocating my cat to a foreign country. It would've been disastrous had it not been for their enormous help. They really take their clients business seriously. I had never seen a vet clinic so caring and responsible. My husband and I were really touched by the way they handled our case. I strongly recommend Just Cats to anyone who truly cares about their cats.

Dr. Gibbons was wonderful, kind intelligent and truly cared. Sadly I must say that their boarding conditions left me sad and my wife livid. I believe they have more buisness than they can handle. Problem is these are our loved ones not products. The medical care was great but anyone with a cat knows how important what happens after they leave the docs office is. Hope their new place does their clients justice.

I've had pets for years, and Just Cats has to be the best group I've found yet. I have a 20 year old cat....and switched practices a few years ago when I noticed her beginning to decline. Since then Dr. Bolotin has been wonderful, both with handling the care of my geriatric kitty, as well as helping me manage the special care she requires. Fees are more than fair, and staff is pleasant and helpful.

When we brought in our sick kitty they were very thorough and compassionate. She was diagnosed with end-stage cancer but they were able to help us give her a few more weeks of quality time. When it came time to bring her in to be euthanized all the staff were very supportive. I would recommend this vet to any cat lover.

I am exceptionally happy with the services provided by Just Cat?s. Dr. David Bolotin repeatedly followed-up with phone calls to check on the status of my cat and having seen my cat?s historical difficulty with antibiotics provided an effective Rx which did not disagree with my cat?s system. The total cost was great too ? about one-sixth of what I would have paid at Smith Ridge in Vista NY.

Upon picking up my 2 long hair cats, which I dropped off in perfect health, to my surprise, my male cats nose was bleeding.! When I inquired about it, they told me he had a cold, and that the bleeding was from sneezing. I wonder if I didn't ask, would they have even told me. My male cat's skin was also in very poor condition when I picked him up....dry, extreme flaking, dull fur. When I dropped him off, his skin was in excellent shape, and his fur was shiny. Now both of my cats are fighting colds. I would use this facility only if I was in dire need next time. It also took about 1 hour to check out. They make you stand around and wait forever until someone looks up to help you with the paperwork. I am not very happy with my experience, and neither are my two cats.

I could not possibly reccomend Just Cats more. The care is exceptional and the staff is amazing. I reccomend Just Cats to all of my clients who are new to the area and cannot imagine ever changing vets. I moved an hour away and I still use Just Cats!

I can't explain how satisfied i was with them. my cat was very ill and within minutes, the doctor knew what was wrong, how much it would cost, how long it would take, everything was laid out right there in front of me. they cured my cat, with no hidden charges or catches, and we couldn't be more thankful. i recommend just cats to everyone.
