      Since 1978, Michael's New York Style Pizza has been a restaurant as well as a cafe establishment. Based in Stockton, Calif., the restaurant's pizzas are made to order and come in a variety of toppings, including anchovies, jalapeno, salami, olives, ground beef, zucchini and pineapple.
