Very small 'store'- very disorganized inside & very crowded! Most parts will not be in stock meaning they need to order for you- they require full payment for all orders up-front and most parts cannot be returned once specially ordered. They only accept credit/debit cards for orders above a certain amount! Their staff is rude (especially "Benjamin") and seems to only want to help those people coming in that know about appliances- they do NOT like novices and even claim that they will not wait on people if they do not feel like it! If you know what part you need try ordering on-line yourself- this place marks up ordering costs x4/5 times! But the biggest issue with their staff is their arrogance! If they go out of business alot of people will not be crying... Better customer care would help them alot (Benjamin could learn alot from a course on manners and courtesy)!
0Needed an old hard to find part and couldnt find anywhere but Hesco was able to do it and have it availble next day. FAst, friendly, service

Parts are almost always in stock...saved $ 20.00 over other INTERNET stores. Staff is extremely helpful and Knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop.
All other so called parts companies either did not have the part or would ship it, but would take 3-5 days.

- Established in 1941 The Hall family founded Hall Electric Supply Co., Inc. in 1941, prior to World War II as a service company repairing major appliances in the Metropolitan Boston area.The commencement of World War II caused a severe shortage in the availability of all appliance parts and accessories. After the end of the war the Hall family approached many OEM factories requesting them to supply parts for our usage, and we became parts distributors for several companies. This influx of distribution allowed us to expand our base and solicit new business. In early 1950 we began the practice of marketing to service companies in the New England area. The service company was closed and concentration was with the selling of parts for appliances.In 1954 the trade name of HESCO was adopted [short for Hall Electric Supply Co., Inc.]. Our growth pattern continued and HESCO expanded to national sales.After several moves HESCO settled in the city of Stoneham, Ma about 10 miles outside of Boston.
