I've eaten at the Broken Egg on Kempsville Road many times. The food is great but the service is lacking with this business. I was shopping in the harbour view area and decided to try this location. We waited 5 minutes to be seated at 2PM with only a couple of patrons there. The cooks were so load, I was unable to have a conversation with the lady I was with. The waitress was awful. She had a terrible attitude and it seemed we were inconveniencing her. The only reasons I gave it two stars is because it appeared very clean and my date enjoyed the wrap she ordered. No need to complain to the staff anymore. Some of us would just rather leave and pass the word recommending others not to do business there. Hey management, without great customer service, you're out of business.

The best french toast i have ever had!

Great eats! They do a mean breakfast--eggs cooked just right and deep fried hash browns to die for. Sat. night prime rib for $10.99 ain't bad either! Highly recommend. (Hear burger night on Wednesday is great, too.) Check it out.
