The business was founded in 1961 by Tom Hamsher and is now owned by Norma Hamsher, Brian Hamsher, and Bryan and Deb Mast. When the business began, it was run from Tom and Norma's living room, and has since grown to be one of the largest agencies in the area. The business is now operated in an office building on the corner of State Route's 93 and 39 in Sugarcreek.
