The menu was in descriptive of each item listed and the interior/exterior theme of the restaurant more of a representation of the wild west, gold mining and logging history (nothing really spanish). The inside dining area was the size of a matchbox with a single bathroom adjacent to the front bar so an appetite could easily be lost to the unprepared. However, the aroma of everything within TuT (non bathroom ) was amazing. Juicy marinated meat, fresh herbs, salsa and fresca. The staff was friendly and my to-go order was prompt. I enjoyed an order of two fresh soft tacos and a burrito called "The Leo". The meat was tender and succulent, the vegetables fresh and crisp, and the cabbage suprisingly well received (ive only ever had cabbage on Fish Tacos). No one item over powered the other. The medley of all the flavors was as authentic as any meal I enjoyed in Mexico itself. I will certainly return! 4 star for the meal and service, cuz not much else was score worthy.
