I would like to publicly thank Michael Fernandez himself for providing me not only with the best customer service but literally holding my hand and walking me through the whole process of dealing with a recent car accident I just had while on the highway. Not only did he listened and paid attention to my concerns but he also provided me with the much needed support during that difficult and frustrating time. Michael also took the time to call the Claims Department and start the process, help me find the closer auto body shop near me, arranged a towing truck to pick us up and dropped us to the shop, But also made sure I would have an auto rental agency pick me up from there to get a replacement vehicle.
