I brought my dog in for a nail trim, I had never been to Clip Joint. When I arrived there was a lady standing there, no smile, no introductions, pretty much just grabbed my dog and took him back. I had my two year old son with, and she didn't seem very happy about that either. Terrible customer service! I don't even think the lady smiled ONCE! Nail job on the dog was decent, but the experience was terrible! So if your looking for a smiling face to greet you and your pet at the door when you take them to get a groom job, I wouldn't step into this place! I'm sure they do great grooming, but their customer service could use an overhaul! (especially to BRAND NEW potential life long customers!) I'll take my money elsewhere next time and I'll make sure I spread the word!

I have been bringing my two dogs to Clip Joint since the owner purchased the business, maybe 5 years now. Karen is always happy to see my dogs and greets us at the door with a smile. I have continually been happy with the care they received. They always leave with a treat, which is a much awaited reward.
