      Worked with Steve Spendle. Bought new cx9. Had an excellent experience. Great trade in allowance and competitive pricing. Matched my best price I found on line. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Service area very comfortable and staff friendly. I will, without hesitation, refer my friends and family, especially to Steve Spendle.

      During a early Fall highway road trip from Ohio we experienced an engine warning dash light on our Mazda minivan as we neared Syracuse. Hoping to continue on our journey without delay, we found Romano Mazda's service number online and spoke with Ryan Tennien to explain our situation and concerns. Ryan took the time to discuss and review his recommendation options even though we did not expect to stop at the dealership for service. Thanks to him for his courteous service consultation.
