Not a satisfied customer

Shay our salesperson was wonderful. That was the only positive part of our experience. Here were the issues:1. We were pre-approved through a major finance company for zero down. When we gave the finance manager the paperwork he couldn't make it work for some reason. We ended up having to pay $1500 down and an interest rate 2% above what we were pre-approved for.2. Larson Hyundai on the Wa State Odometer Disclosure reported 17,491 miles. However, the car had over 21,000 miles on it when I checked when we got home. We live 150 miles away. They mis-reported the mileage by 4,000 miles3. We were told by the floor manager and finance manager that we were covered for anything from the front to back bumper. What we weren't told was that cost an additional $2000.4. When we signed the papers the additional service contract of $2000 and a $500 anti-theft contract were added on to the contract. The finance manager never explained nor pointed this out to us. He just pointed out the "great" interest rate he got us. (Now this is my fault entirely as I should have checked. I guess I am too trusting)5. I received an email with links to report a review of my experience. I emailed them back asking for someone to get a hold of me to answer my concerns. It took 6 days to have someone (Noah) call me who assured me he would look into it. It took 4 days for someone else to call me. Nothing from Noah.6. The car was certified 3/26/13. We bought the car 11/24/13. Just yesterday my wife was driving at night in a not so nice place and the low tire light came on. She checked them and 3 of the 4 tires were dangerously low. When I called Tom at Larson he said the tires were fine when we left the dealer and it was the cold. I asked him when was the last time they were checked. Tom said when it was certified. 9 months ago. If they would have had the correct tire pressure when we left the dealer my wife would not have been put in a dangerous situation.7. Tom from Larson said they would cancel the $2000 contract. But I could do that myself.Tom refused to refund my $500 anti-theft contract which I don't need. In fact when they asked me what I wanted to be a happy customer I told them to come up with something. The only thing they offered was to cancel the $2000 service contract. Nothing else.They put my wife in a dangerous position because they never checked the car over after it had sat on their lot for 9 months. Actually one of their managers drove it almost 4,000 miles and they never had it serviced after the manager got through with it. When you buy a certified vehicle I don't think it is out of line to expect that the car had been serviced recently. Not 9 months and 4000 miles previously.

Highly Recommend

My wife wanted a new car but we couldn't decide on one. I've seen huyndai's on the road for years. I never thought i would ever drive one, but i was drivng down south tacoma way and saw the new sonatas at Larson hyundai. I couldn't believe how nice they looked! I stopped by just to get a closer look. The salesman came out and out of curiosity, i asked if i could take a test drive. All i can say is i couldn't belive this was a hyundai. I called my wife and she was sold. They were very fair and friendly. I'm going back next month for the genesis!

Don't Buy From This Dealership, They are the worst!

To make a long story short. I bought a Van from these guys paid the down payment and financed the rest.I took the car home and about 4 months later they said they could not find my down payment. I produced the receipt the they said great. Then a few months later they sent a nasty letter saying I never made my down payment.At this point I filed a Department Of License complaint on them. The D.O.L. officer went to the dealer and while he was there the manager called me from his office and said everything looked great. Again I thought the matter was over.Then I get a call 4 months after that (keep in mind I have had the car for a year) I get a call from Larson Automotive H.Q. Saying I owned them money.I could not believe it. I had them contact the officer at D.O.L. and finally (I hope) I got it straightened out. I think someone took the money and they blamed me instead of the employee. Even though I had a receipt. They are jerks and I would never buy from them again.
