I had seen dresses that I thought would be good for me and brought pictures to the store. They listened to my thoughts and then asked a lot of questions about the wedding and my dress. They showed me several dresses similar to the style I thought would be flattering. I tried one on and while it was OK it did not do what I thought it would to flatter me. Then the consultant pulled one for me that was Wow. She talked a little about their in house alterations and how they could not only make it fit just right but also turn the neckline into a sweetheart which I really liked. They really seem to know their dresses. I liked the one on one with a dress consultant. I had been to other stores where it was more self service. Vendor responseIt is sad when people tarnish our reputation based on only half the facts.Every Bride is important to our independent bridal store.Vanessa D. was like many of our brides, who fall in love with a gown but wished to wait to order her size. She wanted show her friends and planned to lose weight and therefore drop down in size. It was her choice. On her second visit we took her measurements and scheduled a remeasure appointment in December. It is an extra service we provide. If you think about it, why would we want to want to have multiple visits when the first would do?Her fianc called and paid for the dress over the phone.Come her appointment date she did not show up. Irina (the owner) called the next week. We did not hear back. We called again with no reply. We order dresses only with a signed contract that specifies the size she wants. .Vanessa believes she spoke to someone here the next month or January about going with the original measurements. That

Avoid this shop at all costs! My friend found her perfect dress here a full year before her wedding date. They told her to wait to order the dress until 6 months before her date. Her date was in June, so she called them to order her dress in January. When she called them to start her fittings in May, she finds out that they never ordered her dress! I found the same dress online from a shop in Illinois, and she used this to find out if they can get this dress for her to make up for their mistakes. This time around, they insinuated that she was a crazy bride and tried to claim that she never called to order her dress. The groom had to argue with the owner to finally get a solution. Apparently, another bride, who just pushed back her date, ordered the same style dress in the same size, so they gave that dress to my friend. Over the phone, they offered free alterations, but when my friend came in for fittings, they denied saying that they would do free alterations!
