We took our car in for its 30,000 mile oil change/check-up this past Monday. I scheduled our appointment Sunday on-line, which was very nice. As always, Dustin Wheeler, met us with a smile and warm hello. He had everything ready to go for our service. He made sure we were comfortable as we waited for our car. Mid-way, he gave us an update on our car and explained what was going on. It is a pleasure doing business with him and Capital Volkswagon!

Bought a used Mercedes from this dealership based upon a telephone conversation with the Sales Manager Tommy Waigand and the supporting information from Terry Stewart. They were both very straightforward and easy to deal with. I have purchased a number of vehicles based upon Internet searches and telephone conversations prior to the sale. It is essential for everyone to be clear and honest in their communication and this can certainly be said of both Tommy and Terry. We drove 3.5 hours to the dealership to finalize the deal and they had as much of the paperwork completed ahead of time as possible. The dealership is very nice and everyone went out of their way to be welcoming and helpful during our stay - even staff members who were not involved in our transaction. Everything went very smoothly with the sale. The vehicle was exactly as represented and had been fully prepped for us to take delivery upon completion of the paperwork. Our experience with Capital should be a model.

Was not expecting to purchase a VW when I started car shopping but decided to stop by the lot. I was looking for something with space, decent on gas mileage, and was safe. Ronald Carter greated me with a smile and showed me both new and used vehicles. There was no pressure to purchase one or the other so that really helped. Explained the benefits of a TDI vs gas, but when I decided on the gas (cheaper up front cost), was very happy to get me into a 2012 Jetta that was on the lot. Took it for a nice test drive, he even told me to keep going on the loop and test it out on I-10. They gave me a good deal on my trade in, worked the numbers well, and although I still feel I could've gotten a little more out of them on their end, I felt comfortable with what I walked out paying. Finance guy was great explaining all of the different options for extended warranty.Tommy Waigand made sure the deal was perfect. Very happy with the team over there and I will be going back.

I ordered a 2014 Porsche Boxster through Michael Ludes. This was one of the most pleasant experiences in car purchases. Reasonable negotiations without high pressure and very accommodating for modifications to the order until the lock down date. Besides the great sales, finance, and service staff these cars are AWESOME!
