I have dealt with the office on mitchem drive and I'm less them pleased. My condition was not improving so I called for a follow up appointment. The receptionist made my appointment for the following monday, only 3 days later. This morning when I went to their office, the receptionist told me that I didn't have an appointment for today. I spoke to the nurse practitioner and she said that while I was there the last time, I had already had an appointment setup for the same time but that it was deleted with no note indicating as to why it was deleted. I am now waiting on a phone call from the office manager to explain what happened and hopefully resolve the issue.

I attempted to get a follow up appointment in early June because my cpap is no longer supplying the needed air at night and I'm snoring again + not resting. Tallah. Pulm. could not locate my records(?) and said I must have my primary physician refer me. I did so (early to mid June). The Physician called that day and said Dr. Dolly's office would call me. I called Dolly's office later in the month of June and was told "We'll call you!!! We need time!!!" wow! I called again the next week and was told they would call me back with an appointment! My patience is wearing thin because there is no explanation as to why it would take almost a month to telephone a patient (in need of care!!!).
