Once I had taken a tour of Arfington I was absolutely convinced that my dog would
be having as much fun as me for the next week. Sure enough when I picked her up
7 days later, not only did she seem to be completely content and enamored with the
staff, but I was presented with pictures so that I could see for myself what a great
time she had. Normally my dog, Sugar, suffers from moderate separation anxiety and wont eat or want to socialize when I'm gone for long periods of time. But I guess because she was so busy swimming and romping around with the other dogs she didn't have time to dwell on my absence.
The facility is very clean and the animals are never kept in cages. Sugar
is also on medication and they had no problem administering it as I would at home.
The place has a certain warmth and personalized approach. Every dog is truly treated
as an individual and catered to in accordance.
I wouldn't take my furry family members anywhere else.

I can't sing my praises loud enough at Arfington and the wonderful people that work there!! I am blessed to have found them - I can bring Princess for daycare and feel totally confident that she is having a blast and that she is well taken care of - I can go to work happy, knowing that she is happy - she literally drags me in the front door as soon as she is out of the car !! I am so grateful to the owner for her unique concept in daycare and boarding - they are truly the BEST IN TOWN!!!!

Been coming here now for 3 years and I use there daycare part for when I need a break. Dog comes home happy and exhausted. Never had an issue with them.

One of the best places I ever took my dog. The staff is very attentive and greets my dog when I walk in. Have to give a shout out to Chris for staying pass 6 for me because of traffic so I can pick Bruce up. No other resort will do this and it means a lot to me that he did. Will be coming back as much as I can afford you guys are great.

This is such a wonderful and clean place. We searched and been to a couple of doggie daycares and this by far is the only place we fell in love with. Our dog sandy loves the pool and spends all her time laying in it and it just melts our heart. She was a rescue dog that was abused and knowing that she is relaxing and being a dog brings tears to my eyes. Thank you so much Arfington :)

I board my dogs here any time I leave out of town and I needed to write a review here because of the other reviews I read about this place. I have never, never, never had a problem here. This staff is amazing and they love all the dogs here. I personally have been coming here for sometime now and I've also visited a few others because this is a bit out of my way, however, i will continue to come here because of the other places I personally have visited. I use to leave my dogs at the vets office but they are all locked up in cages. People need to understand that just like we get sick so do dogs, it's just part of the dog life as is ours.
This place is clean, they allowed me to come in for a tour so I'd suggest you do it to, you'll be bringing your dogs in here to.

I will never board here again after my experience with this place!!!! My puppy was limping after 1 day there. They claim her pads were sore from playing but NO way! Her pads were burnt from being on hot concrete. I have the pictures to prove it. We took her out after 2 days instead of the 4 we needed. We also said she is to be only with the smaller dogs since she is 4 months. They put her with the bigger dogs when Dog Training Fort Lauderdale {I did use them for in house training but have since stopped} was training an agressive {according to staff} dog and they used my puppy for training the other dog.
My puppy also came home sneezing

I left my dogs boarding for five days and they came back sick with skin and nasal problem. I will not recommed this place.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE - I will NOT leave my dog there again. The owner is RUDE and sarcastic. I left my pomeranian for 2 weeks...I brought 10 cans of food and a bag of dried..I had asked and paid for him to be fully groomed when I picked him up. When I got him, he was full of knots!!!!!! No food remained - even though, I know he doesn't eat all that. I was told no more food he ate it all - I knew they were lying but that was OK because it will be used by another dog. I was more upset at my dog's condition. When I asked what happened, she blamed the groomer, I said I wanted his knots out and she the owner said I would have to be charged!! Then I asked for the groomers name to speak to him directly. she refused! I was shocked!!! She even swore at me.....I will never entrust my dog there again - and neither should you.........

MY TWO YEAR OLD BOSTON TERRIER LOVES IT HERE. STAFF IS SO FRIENDLY.

The staff is helpful and very professional. I left my dog(Shark) at this resort several times and every time I picked him up he looked happy and healthy. I recently had to move out of state and left Shark at the resort for three weeks. Due to my busy schedule I was unable to return to Florida. The owner and staff were like angels! They took Shark to the Vet to obtain his health certificate, groomed him nicely and put him on the airplane. I received Shark at Phoenix airport at the expected time. He looked great and was very excited to see my boyfriend and I! Thank you very much! I wish could give you guys more than 5 stars.Outstanding service!

I had a terrible experience with this place. I left my dog there for 4 days. First of, all he was not ready to pick up. It was 8am and they had not fed him yet. The $20 bath required was not done yet. In 5 minutes my dog was ready and still wet. While waiting, I heard my dog crying badly at the groomer room, which is unusual. When I got home, I notice that my dog couldn t stop scratching his back. When I took a look, his entire nec, shoulder, and back was full of bites. The bites were swollen and really nasty. Poor dog. They didn t say anything and covered it up with a bandana. Now I know why he was crying when they were bathing him. I wish I could attach pictures to show how bad he is. He was also skinnier than before. One more thing, they have no procedures. When I dropped him of, I was looking at the windows to see the dogs at the play area and I literally watched one of the employees passing my dog to the other employee through the top to the high fence. The employee inside the play area dropped my door from almost 6 and luckily he didn t get hurt. This shows how professionals they are. This place has not sence of responsibility and they don t assume their mistakes. I don t recommend this place to anybody.

I never thought that I would feel great about leaving my baby (dog) overnight! I felt secure, and sure that she was going to be left in good hands and I was absolutely right. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and assured me that she would be taken care of. They took me for a tour of the facility and the suite that my doggy was boarding in was not a small rinky cage but she had plenty of room to walk around. The place smelled great for being a pet resort and you can tell they keep the place sanitary.... The dogs were constantly outside playing and swimming in the doggy pools which was great because it was a hot day.... and not one, but two of the employees were outside monitoring them the whole time. The rates are absolutely reasonable considering they are outside all day and constantly played with. I was even told they get snacks and aroma therapy at night time. When I picked up my baby she didn't seem to want to leave and I can tell she had played all day because when we got home she passed out!! She had also been groomed and she smelled delicious! I wouldn't hesitate to bring her back! Definitely an A++++
