This company should be shut down. My daughter is the insured.she totalled her car on December 6Direct has done nothing but gave her the runaround it is now the end of the year and they are still making excuses she has been value customer for over 3 years now all payments made on time. PLEASE IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT INSURANCE DON'T USE THIS ONE.They just want your money

My vehicle got totaled by one of their insured drivers and that has been 5 weeks ago and still nothing..they say they will only pay for 17 days of a rental car because they told me my truck was totaled 17 days after the accident..I have gotten nothing but the run around and no returned calls..finally spoke to someone and agreed to send me a check for the damage but only after I sent them my tag title and tag receipt..I sent all this stuff in over a week ago and they say they haven't received it and will not send my check until they say they have this..it is now 2 weeks from Christmas and I've had to spend all my savings just to buy a vehicle to get backand forth to work and i now have no Christmas for my 6 yr old daughter..this company is a joke and needs to be put out of business immediately!!!!!!

I am so glad that I'm not insuranced with this Company. One of their insured total my vechicle over 4 weeks ago and now giving me the run around about the vechile, said that it had to be picked up before a check could be issued now it is that the vechile was gotten to late in the day, now no answers from calls. Well I guess they will answer the Insurance commission calls plus my atternoy. What a joke for a Company, very low class company.
