Kate Leon, APRN, is a certified advanced practice registered nurse committed to treating you as a whole person and helping you manage your health throughout your life. She strives to offer preventive services and help you improve you knowledge of your health through education. She loves helping others through their good times and difficult times and she enjoys guiding you to help improve your health and well-being. Kate cares for patients ages five years and older, focusing on acute and chronic disease management, preventive medicine, school and sport physicals and women’s health. She earned her Master of Science in Nursing from South University in Tampa, Florida and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. In her free time, Kate enjoys being with her husband and daughter, reading and going to the beach.
