For starters I wasn't forced to buy there product they listened to what I wanted then pointed me in the right direction. I bought some stuff that I wanted then the owner gave me samples of things I wasn't sure of then said take these find the one u like and come back. I felt comfortable and the prices matched Gnc i will no longer go to gnc
