I have been coming here for about 10 years I love it here Teresa is so cool and down to earth the other ladies there are so polite..in fact I'm going Friday to get my kinky twist done..this is the only place o go to get my hair done and love it

I would not recommended this place to anyone. You try to exclaim to them what you want they act like they understand and then still do what they want. They don't like you to ask questions. They are immature children with no customer service skills. Laziest braiders i have ever seen. ..they will never ever get another done from me. I let this go before and have them another chance still the same old disrespect. Over charges and work is not worth it. Don't waste your time or your hard earned money. I wouldn't go back if i was desperate.

I love all the ladies there they did a great job with my hair even went so far as to take me home after my car broke down specially Theresa she does a wonderful job on my hair

Very rude very rude am the customer my time is precious getting my hair done for work. She started it then stopped and walked out to whatever was gone like 15 minutes so I left. I had to be to work. She calls me 45 mins after I all ready had left where are you at? I say the beauty supply buying a wig bye.

I will never go there again. The owner was very disrespectful. When I called a week in advance I asked how much for long box braids she said it doesnt matter how long it will be 120.When I got there they said 180 because they will be long I said I asked that and she said they dont give exact amount wtf. So did they expect for me to walk around with a ton of money just in case they wanna hike up the price? Then she had a rude tone when talking to me because she said I had bees wax and my hair so its too greasey and frowned her face I said I dont have bees wax I have coconut oil and it might bw oily she started talking in african to all her people that was in here about me I heard her say beeswax I said no its not but how rude to talk about people.a customer at that where they cant understand but I knew they were talking about me bc people came over touching my hair looking at me.. Making a big deaL about my hair which they washed but then snatched my hair while blow drying damaging it. then they say you have the wrong hair im like ok she os talking to everybody but me saying she got the wrong hair. Im like okkk well I will have to come back she like we have it here for 20 dollar huh? I can get it 2 dollar a pack at beauty supply which I only needed a few packs. So im leaving and this business owner said DID YOU HEAR ME with a attitude bc she said if we do them you can bring the money back. Im like nah ima go. Such rude people. Never again

My braids came loose all over days after getttin them I will never go here again. Had braids for years Never had this happen

The ladies at Therese's African Hair Braiding & Weaving were WONDERFUL!!!!!!! They were friendly, professional and on time. My hair looks great. I will recommend them to all of my friends!
