Terrible - I can never get them to answer the phone. Is anyone there?? I have been trying to call two numbers that I have for them for the last 2 hours. The phone just rings off of the hook.

I Wouldnt give it a star unless i had to .one of thier wonderful carriers left an unsecured loaded handguns that caused my 16 year old sons death and at his funeral not one person from that post office came up to me his mother who never knew my ex husband even had a gun the biggest coldest losers ever .

Attitude and morons work there. Unprofessional, condescending and ghettofabulous. Worst post office I've ever visited. A woman tried to tell me I can have a package sent and held. Then when she realized she was wrong, she proceeded to tell me it's a "new thing" they're doing. Then said "As long as it doesn't happen all the time". Hey, moron, do you even know where you work? Not happen all the time? As long as you don't open your mouth all the time, you might appear like you have two brain cells working in tandem.

The mail delivery person is only during the route once or twice a week. This route should be done 5/6 days a week.

I got almost the same treatment as "Bryson .S" did with this so-called supervisor and her" Attitude!"

And yes it seems that the other workers don't want to divulge her name either?

She was very unprofessional, and simply repugnant! And yes, she also hung up on me also when I mentioned her attitude issue.



I had to report her to the 800 number myself.

I hope they replace this person soon. As I don't want people like this dealing with my important personal information.. Plus, their are people that can surely do far better of this job than her.

As I have dealt with these postal situations many of times before, but was never disrespected like this!

I called and tried getting information on a package that I've been getting the run around about and the customer service was TERRIBLE!!!!! The lady answered the phone with an nasty attitude. Then she continuously spoke to me that way. At the end of the call I asked for her supervisor and she said "I AM THE SUPERVISOR" . Then I asked for the supervisor supervisor and she gave me his name without the last name, told me that the call was recorded and make sure I tell him everything and hung up on me. When I called right back, it sounded like someone picked up the phone quikly and hung it right up. Then I called again and got a man and asked him her name which it seem like he was protecting her because he said he wasn't sure. So I called from a different number and boom there she was again with an attitude. so I disguised my voice and asked her name and she said Lisa and I thanked her, got off the phone and called the 1800 number to file a complaint.

The workers here are #1.

They are alway helpful and kind. You couldn't ask for better and nicer works. We are lucky to have them.
