If you have naturally thick curly hair take caution. I know my hair and know that my hair breaks easily with too much heat and pulling, but when i expressed this to the owner and requested that she had her staff blow my hair out with low heat and not using the roller brush they use when blowing out, since she'd be using the flat iron after, she insisted that my hair would be fine and let them take care of it because they are the professionals and know what they're doing. Oh, and she had somewhat of an attitude when I expressed my concern, I found this to be rude and unprofessional in itself. Long story short when I got home later and felt the top of my hair it was rough which prompted me to go to the mirror and inspect it, and as i suspected some pieces of my hair had been burnt off. I called to speak to the owner the following day told her that my hair was burnt then she told me that I'm the first person to say this and they didn't burn my hair, in fact she said that was impossible.
