DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE!!! We had her watch 4 dogs for my sisters wedding and never again. When we arrived she seemed very sweet but I just felt as if something was off. All other places I've boarded my pets they always ask for a immunization record. She didn't ask once. My sister and I told her about any issues that our dogs may have and she assured us that she's watched all kinds of dogs and it wouldn't be a problem. She kept telling the other dogs that were boarded there to shut up cause they were barking too much. That should of been my first sign to get my dogs the hell out of there. So today when I went to pick up my dogs we walked up the house and I heard someone cussing at an animal and slamming the door on them. We ring the door bell and she opens the door cursing at us saying our dogs are the worse behaved animals she's ever seen. I asked what happened, she said they went on a hunger strike and were scared to leave the house and that she had to drag them outside. I said these are dogs and just like kids they get scared especially in another environment. She said all of my dogs are trained and yours are the most horrible things I've ever seen. That she has never seen a dog not want to go outside. She cussed at us several times. When I finally got to our dogs and brought them to the car. They cried and cried for over 20 mins, our dogs have never done this EVER!! I did find cuts and scrapes on our dogs and will be contacting the appropriate parties to get her license taken away. Someone like her should never be allowed to watch animals.

She may be ok with older dogs but she is not good with puppies. She leaves them alone for too long to fend on thier own. I am going to try to say this as nicely as possible but she doesn't understand that puppies do chew on thing especially when left alone. The set up she has is nice but it's a little too nice if you are expecting things not to ruined by dogs or puppies and get very upset that the puppy has chewed on something. We stopped taking our dogs to her, we found someone much for dog friendly and more reasonably priced.

There is a reason that when you search for pet sitters in the Temecula/Murrieta area Rhiannon comes up at the top, it's because she is. When we moved to the area I was afraid I would never find a pet sitter that I loved as much as my previous one, but Rhiannon is truly great! Whenever we are away, I never worry about my cats (or Beta fish). She takes care of everything, including mail/papers/packages/lights/etc...She does it all. You will not regret this decision!

When I was researching places to take care of my two dogs for when I go away on buisiness, there were a lot of kennels and so called "pet resorts" which are also kennels, but with larger cages. Luckily, I came across Rhiannon's webiste and it seemed a perfect match for what I needed. I needed a place where I felt comfortable leaving my beloved pets and know that they weren't cramped up in some cage with feces all around and non-stop barking. Rhiannon takes your pets into her home and takes care of them just as if they were hers! That is very important to me. Check them out for yourself, visit with your pet and see if this is for you.
