This dental office lied to me and collected $820.00 for an Emergency Extraction, Exam and Xrays. I was told by the dentist and staff the emergency visit was not a covered benefit. I paid in full $820.00. After my visit the Dentist billed my insurance and was paid again. I found out about the double billing and payments by calling the insurance co. I called the dentist and requested a refund and I was denied and the office staff hung up on me. I spoke with the dental insurance office and was told to submit a complaint and proof of payment and they would refund my money back from the dentist. I was told the dentist billed the insurance 3 days after my visit and was paid twice. If you are a patient at SMILES OF TEMECULA DENTAL GROUP and if you were told your services was not a covered benefit please call your dental insurance office and find out if you too were lied too and doubled bill. GET YOUR MONEY BACK! It is not nice for a dentist to rip you off of your hard earned money.
