I have called the company over 100 times over the past 3 months, not once has anyone every answered the phone, left dozens of messages, sent several emails and still have not be able to get a hold of anyone to help me with my warranty parts replacement! The worst customer service I have ever Delt with!

there service is the worse I've every seen.It stinks I purchased a full misting system and some of the misting Nozzles were broken when it arrived to this date I have contacted them 4 time 3 but e-mail once by phone,now you can't call the number,and I still havent had the replacements.Do not buy from this company

Their customer service leaves a great deal to be desired. I've been waiting for weeks for a missing part to my coolmist patio 17 and still have not received it. I have called, spoke once witha customer rep and was promised the part. Since then I have called and left messages, to no avail. I have emailed to no avail. Their systems are not cheap. You would think they would stand behind their product. They will be surprised to see me at their door very soon. They are not that far from me. Believe me when I tell you they will not be happy to see me.I will not let them give me the shaft without a fight.I strongly suggest you never ever buy anything from this company.
