Rude. Blames you for their mistakes. Overcharges ($260 for a $16 fix?). And if you dispute anything on your bill they tell you they no longer want you as a customer. My purple Grand Prix came back with a scratch EVERY time. Sometimes small sometimes huge and I never said anything about it, they're right down the street from me, easy to get to. But today they tried to charge me $75 because they brought in a specialist to figure out my battery was dying. A specialist? They couldn't figure out on their own that I had a junk battery? I told them straight up, I don't have "Specialist" money couldn't you just test the battery? Bunch of dumbies but I'm afraid it's more sinister than that. They charge you for every little thing. Also one time my air conditioner wasn't working and they only half fixed it. I'm like "well the air circulation still isn't working" the guy in a Boston accent was like "well that's the best we could do." It reminds me of those cheesy TV commercials where the guy's like "You're gonna love us, we're JUST OK!" Good riddance to them I been looking for a reason to ditch them, the scratches should have been enough but I was lazy. Also they lure in in with free services when you first start going to them, then they overcharge you for every little thing. At first they're like "it was just your windshield fluid, we filled it no charge" or "your battery terminial was a little dirty, we just scrubbed it it's fine now no charge." Then once you're a "regular" it's like $100 for this $70 for that no matter what it is. They are your quintessential "dirty mechanic" from the Accents to the Upcharges, to the Fabricated stories of repairs needed (one time they told me my struts were terrible and needed to be replaced within the month, 2 years have gone by and they never mentioned it again). Guy told me my oil sensor would cost $260 to repair, I bought the part off of Ebay for $16 and replaced it myself it was 1 bolt under the hood, 5 minute fix. $260? So tired of their poor service and I hope you read this review and steer clear so you don't have to put up with their nonsense like I did for so long.
