We were disappointed in the landscaping and the employee response to our problems. The agreed upon plan with this business resulted in wrong plants and altered garden space. After repeated calls and pictures, employees returned 3 weeks later to correct the mistakes but did not have enough materials and cut an electrical wire. The employee reported finding the wire but not cutting the wire. 2 weeks later, resulted in an electrical expense to repair a cut wire. The business was called to report the electrical issue and to report dying plants. The business did not respond to either issue. Visit to the business to set up an appointment to correct our problems has been ignored. The original plan was to complete the landscaping in phases. Our mistakes is that we paid the bill in full because of this business reputation we felt that the work would be completed to our satisfaction not our disappoint. We will not use this business to complete the landscaping.
