FUNDAMENTAL FAILURE.Medpoint and/or Sabam Clinic (each blames the other) authorized Fundamental, 40 miles away and out of my call zone, to provide my compression stockings. And with a pending lapse in my medical coverage, Fundamental sat on their hands for over two weeks as they waited for Saban to fax the RX. I finally spent 5 hours at Saban, with Medpoint and Fundamental on the phone, supervising and forcing the three parties to work together. Once Fundamental finally received the RX, Fundamental rejected it because they required their own forms - which they had not even bothered to send to Saban for those two weeks. After 5 hours, I had to leave with promise I would get a follow-up call that afternoon. The follow-up call never came, so I called Fundamental to check status, got someone who couldn't speak clear English and told me to hang up! So I called again and got someone who kept talking over me due to voice delay, and then told me I was impatient, and they refused service. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they hung up on me. These bozos wasted two weeks, 8 cumulative hours of my time, and $14 in toll calls before getting their panties in a bunch over direct consequences of their own negligence and incompetence.

Received a bad medical supply and when I tried to return it Lily offered no help, not only was she extremely rude she even hunged up on me when I told her I wanted to speak to a manager. Don't bother wasting your time with them; extremely unprofessional.

Not only did they lie about when I should be receiving my equipment they took an extra eight days to deliver it! Even a supervisor promised me it would be on the truck first thing in the morning and another day passed I received it at 7:50pm. Never would recommend such horrible customer service plus this is medical equipment thankful I didn't need it immediately!

I highly recommend Greg at Fundamental Medical Supply. He helped me to get a hospital bed and gel mattress for my mom even though he will not yet get any credit from Medicare. He went out of his way to find a supplier and get me the bed as quickly as possible, and even came over to my house to help install everything. He just wants to help people. Greg is a caring individual who just wants to make life better for others. I would definitely go back to Fundamental Medical Supply (actualy I already did to buy chux) and I recommend him to others.

I called all 5 medical supply companies in my area, Greg was the only on that was able to help! Not only did he tell me how to get the equipment rental company to come out, and they did after i told them what he told me what to say. I could tell in his voice when he called back to make sure they were coming to switch out the lines,, that he has an amazing caring heart! Fundamental Medical Cares and goes the extra length to make sure you and the ones you love are safe and comfortable! Wow!

Genuine group of people. They went out of there way to help me even though they didn't set to profit from the transaction. I needed a front wheel walker for my mother, and they didn't have any in stock, but helped me call around till I found one. I appreciate the help they gave. Good company.
