Once they get the business, their work is done. It is so refreshing to know that you care...the newsletters, the birthday cards, the prompt return phone calls. As a broker, you have been able to give me the lowest car insurance and homeowner's insurance rates around. I have had Donne Insurance for about 8 years now and am very happy. I had a claim years ago due to a car accident and had Allstate at the time. They dropped me immediately after only one accident. I was not dropped at Donne Insurance when I had a claim - not only that, but my rate didn't go up that much either. It is nice to know we are treated like a person and not just a file.
