This is a great one stop shop they have anything to accommodate your needs. The quality of service is among the best and the prices are just as good. Thank you ladies for being so great!

If I could give zero stars I would. Love budget establishment. I was prepared for mediocrity but this level of untrained staff was shocking. One of the owners cut my hair so I thought I was in good hands. After she and her sister tore my current hairstyle apart they suggested highlights. Seemed basic so okay. The lady did spend a lot of time on me but that doesn't excuse the quality. The color came out yellow and almost white in different places. Horrible product. She kept bragging about the product quality too. She didn't go to my roots (which bad roots were my original problem so that was confusing) I asked for a few inches off but clearly said that I wanted my hair below my shoulders. I have weird and uneven layers some so short that the layer stops above my earlobe. Her twelve years old daughter danced and sang and made rude comments about her mom needing to hurry up on my hair the entire time (they were late to a birthday party). She took personal calls while she was physically cutting my hair (and all throughout my visit). When she would reach for a foil that was too far away she'd put all her weight on my shoulders so she could reach. So much so that my shoulder hurt the next day. Does she do that to elderly clients too? She also made a side handed remark about a religion with a negative connotation which I'm sure she didn't realize, I belong to that particular religion. But she directed her comment to her daughter who she spoke to and waste distracted by the entire time. I'm not a hard person to please. None of this would have prevented me from returning if she'd could have gotten my color right and applied it to the roots. And I even showed her a picture of the color so there shouldn't have been any uncertainty. My response to other complaints I've seen on here is, when the owner says give us a chance to make it right, your chance was when you had me in that chair. Why would I give you a chance to mess it up worse? I know you get what you pay for but I paid for way more than this. Oh and btw, the lighting was terrible so I didn't see the mistakes well until I got home. And when she was done cutting and was styling it she even made a comment that went something like: you can even part your hair every which way to bring out the highlights in interesting ways. That's what upsets me the most. She knew and still let me leave like that. Warning: when checking sites like yelp for reviews, lots of negative reviews are hidden and require a click of a link to see "other" comments. Make sure you click the link. They must only like to show the positive.

(Before i start my review, I DO want to note that the girl who did my hair was incredibly nice!) I would not recommend the "salon", and i use that term loosely, to my worst enemy! I bought a Groupon, so i figured I would give it a try. My Groupon was purchased for $40 and included a cut, single color processing, conditioning treatment, and style. My Groupon expired, so I called the salon to see what my options were, since it states right on the Groupon that the money spent won't expire. I explained all I really wanted was a haircut, but if I was out the money, I totally understood, since it WAS my fault I let it expire. I was told it would be no problem to come on in. When I got there, I spoke with the owner and asked (since the Groupon states the monetary value never expires) how much out of pocket would a few foils be. I was told $5. Long story short, I decided on a very light shade of red to try something new in my very blond and professionally done hair. I explicitly said I wanted NOTHING shocking, as I am a 35 year old married mom of 2, not a 23 year old club-hopper. When the foils were taken off, it looked like someone had literally taken an orange hi-lighter and color and large chunks of my hair, not even all the way to the root!! I also showed her a picture of a chin length cut i wanted, my hair is still sitting just past my shoulders. After i offered again and again to take teh picture out as reference, after she glanced at it once, she told me not to worry, she knew exactly what i wanted. When i got up, (holding in my tears and screams), I went to the counter to pay, expecting it to be $5, well after the owner got done on her phone call and talking to whoever would listen about "her new diet" and how she cant have cheese, and all she wants is a donut, and she quit smoking...BLAH BLAH BLAH (no one cares!!) she comes over to ring me out (phone on her ear) and tells me $25. WHAT?!?! At this point I just wanted to get out of there so I could cry at the sight of my hair, so I paid the $25 and fled. ***If you are looking for a reputable salon, with knowledgeable workers, I'm telling you, THIS is not the place***

I just recieved a awsome new look at the Untamed Salon. I have been looking for a new stylist to go to because mine rexently moved out of town. A friend recomended that I try out this new salon in the area. I was nervous but agreed. Let me tell you I could'nt have been happier. The two sister owners were fabulous! I would definatly recomend this salon to anyone. Ps. my new cut and color are perfect!!!!! I love it:)
