I was behind one of their trucks towing an RV this summer and because there were no mud flaps on the RV they kicked up a rock and broke my windshield. We got a picture of the RV, license and the information on the side of the truck towing it. I called the company and explained the situation. they said it was not their problem and would not pay to have my windshield repaired - even though we saw the RV kick up the stone. Since mud flaps are not required - they don't require it for the safety of others. What if the RV kicked up a stone and hit someone standing on the side of the road and either blinded them or killed them. I feel this company only does minimum and does not care about good will, safety or the public.
