No salon gives you a free manicure if yours doesn't last! Seriously? That's like asking a hair salon to give you a free style if you go home and hack at your own hair after getting a haircut!

I will never go back to this place again. Both times they did a bad job. A manicure should last more than a week and if not they should give you the second one free which they did not do and they second one did not last either.

Though I would be dissatisfied if my nail popped off after a week, two weeks is not uncommon, as it highly depends on your nails. If anyone is dissatisfied with service received from this salon, and is a regular customer, they know that the employees at this shop have no problem fixing mistakes....that are .... Sincerely their fault. As they have excellent customer service and a fun and friendly environment. They were voted best in Topeka 2012 because their work is amazing and their ability to accommodate their customer's is impeccable. As far as "sawing into your finger" as a long time.customer who has received services from all the nail techs, I have never been cut or sawed into. And I have always been 100% taken care of and sattisfied.

i love this place! i always walk out completely satisfied with the great job they do! so friendly and always try to get you to smile. great group of people and very talented.
