I have been going to this Vet for 13+ years. The care they have provided my dogs has been nothing but exceptional. I have a very old dog that had cancer and had to go every day for a month and the staff was great with her and me. My dogs get excited just driving down Hawthorne Blvd. I have used them for boarding and the prices are reasonable and I trust them (that is the most important thing). THEY TRULY CARE ABOUT YOUR PETS!!!

Forty plus year history with this facility. Dr. Sullivan I have the longest history with - but I trust his staff - true to their word, written estimates accurate, handles animals with compassion & love. I cannot say enough about this man nor can I say a thing negative about his staff. I have referred many friends to him and his facility - they go there and they remain loyal clients.

I just got my dog from the pound she got very sick another Vet was ready to put her to sleep, I took her to Bay cities for 2nd opinion with a little medicine & TLC she is healthy & perfect!!

I have cats and these vets have been terrific. From general care to serious care. I can always count on them. The fact you can drop in the office any time is great because then if your schedule changes and you can't make a set appointment time you do not have to worrie about rescheduling. When I had to have a very sick cat put to sleep they were very compasionet..Dr Sullivan who has been there a long time sent me a sympathy card...it meant a lot to me...They are not a Fancy hospital they don't go for frills but that is why there costs are low compared to other hospitals that spend a lot of their money in frilly stuff...Bay Cities has all the right facilities to care for your pet or board your pet....that is what mattters...not weather they have slate or linoleum on the floor!

This used to be a good facility but is no longer. I have been going to them for 10 years and have seen many vets come and go. The current group is the worst yet.
