      I WORK IN A DOCTORS OFFICE AND HAVE TO BE IN CONSTANT CONTACT WITH KEENAN & ASSOCIATES REGARDING CLAIMS. I FIND THAT THEY ARE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL. S.H.
