      Rosa has been working for many years AT Rosa's LA Cabaña where SHE first started OFF AS a waitress in the same establishment when it was called FREDDIES LA Cabaña. After 45 years. Freddie then handed rosa the restaurant WHO then changed it to Rosa's LA Cabaña. Even though Freddie has ended HIS ownership of the restaurant. Rosa has maintained the same menu that Freddie HAD ALL along and has added a FEW NEW dishes of HER OWN. Despite the change in ownership. Thomas Sanchez. The head cook from FREDDIES LA Cabaña. Has remained the head cook till today. After 12 years of ownership. Rosa is still running HER restaurant with the help of HER 3 children and SON in LAW.
