I have had the pleasure of purchasing a few fine watches from Radcliffe in Towson. For each purchase I worked with Erik, and he is top notch. I don't make watch purchases hastily. I research the models I'm interested in; I learn about the movements; try to gather an overall understanding of the brand, etc. The process takes months. At every stage of my process, Erik was a pro. He made some good suggestions based on parameters I provided when I was doing research. He furnished detailed information about specific models as I was narrowing down my choice. And he gave me a good price when I was ready to buy. At no point did I feel he was pushing me in any particular direction, or even trying to force a sale. He was an exceptionally well-informed consultant who facilitated the process I needed to complete before I could buy. I give top marks to Erik and Radcliffe. I would happily work with Erik in the future when I am looking to make another purchase.

I went there to view a preowned watch. Erik, who responded to my email request was great. He went over the watch and answered all my questions. The watch itself was even better than advertised. It was a smooth transaction with no pressure. I will definitely check these guys for my next purchase.

Through Radcliffe Jewelers, I made the online purchase of a pre-owned 1994 Rolex "DateJust" stainless steel watch with a white dial and a Jubilee-style bracelet (model 16324). Purchasing a Rolex watch online is a transaction famously prone to problems, but Radcliffe Jewelers is a registered Rolex dealer, so all worries about product "authenticity" are eliminated.

Radcliffe Jewelers' manager, Dan, was friendly and obviously well-informed. He told me that the Rolex which I was inquiring about was in amazing condition, and he immediately emailed me several photographs which showed that this was, in fact, the case. I paid through PayPal using a Visa card and the transaction was seamless and smooth.

Using FedEx Priority Overnight, the watch arrived less than 24 hours later (from Maryland to Iowa) and was in even better condition than Dan had indicated. In fact, although my "new" Rolex model 16324 is twenty-three years old, in its immaculate condition, it could easily pass for New Old Stock (NOS). Simply put, I could not be happier with this quality timepiece acquisition, or with my Radcliffe Jewelers transaction. I fully expect to do more business with them in the future.

My IWC would only run a few days before stopping. Erik at Radcliffe sent it off for a full service by IWC with no questions ask. IWC did a terrific job and not runs like new, but now looks like new and was returned to me in a new, leather covered IWC box. Great after-sales service.

Friendly Staff, very knowledgeable. Great location. The area is in a great location inside the mall.
