      Found my pedicure lady from la Clinica salon and day spa she is at Usha salon in Towson. If anyone is looking for Rachel Bernstein that's where she moved to. Best pedicure in Maryland works very hard on callus and take the time to make sure your feet our happy and smooth been going to her for 8 years and thought I lost her. Come she the best manicurist in Towson.
