I ordered a Quarter Half Ham Friday online the 18th of November. I ordered the ham listed above Rd except it charged me for 2 of them when I ordered just 1. I paid for it with my debit card, one I ordered and am supposed to get on the 22nd was $62.67. The other one I was charged for was $67.53, and they aren't sending it but it was taken out of my checking account. I need someone to take care of this matter ASAP.

The lady that waited on me was not nice and she was picking her teeth with her finger.....then got a ham out and pulled the foil off the ham for me to view with her fingers.......nasty

I work at a very large High School in State College, PA. We frequent Honey Baked Ham several times a week. We local small business did fund raiser for local businesses advertised, a card for discounts for a year for those buying the card. Our HBHwas gracious enough to sign a contract with a buy one get one, sandwiches and salads. Some businesses advertised that it was good for one time, HBH did not have this disclaimer. Upon going to pick up our lunch order one day, we were told they would not honor this again that is was for one time only. We would understand if a mistake was made but this wasn't done in a nice manner. When the person in charge of the fund raiser called to discuss this with the manager, he way told them to sue them, they would not discuss it again. Today, when someone from our school using the card was told this & they punched a hole in the card.& rudely gave it back. With over 15 people in my office plus the community buying cards, we will not eat HBH again.

I have been blessed to receive a Honeybaked Ham for a Christmas Present for several years. They are absolutely delicious, and the customer service has been outstanding. In addition, I now live near a Honeybaked Ham store. Though I only go in once every 3 weeks or so, the employees call me by name, and they are always courteous. (That store is in Bentonville, Arkansas.)

Worst Customer experience EVER. Negative star rating. At the Pasadena store my father pre-paid, pre ordered 3 hams for Christmas, and picked them up on a broken foot. He was shorted one ham,and the store manager Mercedes refused to make good on his order even though he had a receipt to prove his purchase. Mercedes told him to call corporate to complain & then gave him the wrong # for the corporate offices. My family were lifelong customers, and now I doubt we will ever spend a dime with such a dishonest, unkind business ever again. Happy Holidays.

This is one jacked up organization. I thought it was just because it was in Austin Texas but I am beginning to see this company is just badly run, badly managed and since it is the only game in town acts like it.



They have horrible awful terrible service in the store here in Austin. One minute they have whole hams the next they don't Then you call to reserve a ham and they don't take your name and do not guarantee you will get what you ordered.



What kind of crazy company is this? You cannot order from the store with any belief that what you order will be available when you get there. How is that called reserving a ham?



When you call their corporate offices and ask for customer service and ask for a representative they never answer. So clearly they are used to getting a lot of complaints. I guess from now on I will order Ham from QVC or Harry & David's as this company is so unreliable.

Do not do business with the office in Florence South Carolina. I called to order 9 boxes 2 hours before closing time and they refused to prepare them. I had called the manager, Heather, before the order time and she told me I had 1 to 1.5 hours. The person who answered the phone was rude and refused to take the order.

I ordered a ham a week in advance for Easter and was assured it would be delivered on Good Friday. When it had not arrived by 5PM I phoned the number on the web site and was told UPS delayed the shipment until Monday after Easter. I think this was a lie and I got very angry when told my only alternatives were to go to the local UPS distribution center to track the ham or pick one up at the local honey baked ham store. I am a home bound 75 year old. I cancelled the order on Friday and had a local supermarket deliver a ham for 24 dinner guests on Easter Sunday.

Guess what arrived at my door via UPS on Monday? I called American Express immediately and contested the charge and cannot reach honey baked ham until 10:30 (pdt). What am I to do with a 10lb. ham? I am no longer a customer.

I go to the Vancouver Mall every year to pick up my ham for Christmas . Usually I am met with clean nice people who help me with my purchase and I am on my way. This year I all I got was a twenty something year old meth head and all he did was lie to me and my wife and we spent $40 and 4 hours of our time for nothing. Sorry, we love your product but won't be abused by your drugged employee.
