We have mortgage loan with Wells Fargo for almost 9 years and refinance 2 years ago. Now it time to refinance again with the lower rates . All my payment was on time never late and still waiting for refinance information from Wells Fargo. Contact them in Dec. 2012 and still waiting. Other financal companys has been contacting me with their rates and I'm about ready to change due to lack of responds from Wells Fargo.
