Love this business! We have purchased windows from four window installation companies in Tucson. There was always something that disappointed us, except with Window World. Don't believe the hype when a salesman tells you their windows are superior.

One company charges outrageous prices for their windows that take up way too much space on the inside of the window frames making it impossible to hang window treatments inside the window frames.

Another company did everything well including the installation. It was only later that I realized their windows weren't as energy efficient (heat and cold) as the others.

A third company not only installed the wrong color windows, but they butchered the stucco on four of the seven windows they replaced. They offered no solution for the problems they created, and we ended having to hire another company to replace their windows and repair the stucco damage. All I can say is beware of companies that have an attorney on retainer.

We have purchased windows from Window World on not just one occasion, but on three occasions over the past five years. The first windows we purchased had green tint. Later, we opted for the new slightly more energy-efficient windows with blue tint. The last windows we had them install are very large (with blue tint) and are at the back of our home overlooking our swimming pool and garden. I love them so much that I commonly leave the shades up so I can enjoy the view. Two family members have asthma, and our Window World windows have been able to block out the smoke when our neighbors burn wood. We can smell the smoke in our garage where there are vents, but we no longer smell it inside our house since replacing all of our windows.
