Most incapable and unprofessional attorney I have ever hired and ultimately fired. He never deposed any experts and withdrew from the case after filing paperwork improperly. My case has been reviewed by a number of his piers and they have refused to clean up his mess. I would never refer his firm to any injured person. My case with him has been reported to the State of Tennessee board of professional review. This has created a legal nightmare for this disabled human being and the judge who presides over the case in Davidson County,Tn. Please be warned.
