I recently used Dwayne's Towing & Recovery to tow my sons wrecked truck. They arrived very quickly upon request. The driver was wonderful to my son and made sure he had a ride to his destination. He sat with him, to keep him out of the rain, until his ride arrived. I requested the truck go to their wrecker yard until I could get the insurance company to take a look at the damage and figure out where it was going to be repaired. Four days later, Dwaynes relocated the truck to the body shop. Storage fees were minimal and the customer service was TOP NOTCH! I would recommend this company to anyone who needs a tow.

Tell your daughter to do not park where there are posted signes that say no parking.

This business was in the process of towing my daughter's vehicle, when she arrived back to her car. In order to gain access to her own vehicle, the tow driver demanded $160 in cash. My 18 year old daughter was fearful of this driver and did not know what to do. In order to keep her car from being towed, she gave the driver $160 in cash. I attempted to resolve this concern / issue with Dwayne, but he was unwilling to settle. He simply stated that he was not going to give any money back. I wanted to make sure other students and their parents are aware of this company. According to Dwayne, he had over 60 tows this past weekend. If he collected $160 from each victim, that would equate to $9,600. Again, I wanted to make sure all parents and students are aware of this practice. Finally, I understand that this company had some expense associated with responding to this tow, so I proposed that he be compensated fairly. However, to charge the entire amount that it would have cost if the tow actually occured and storage fee applied is unfair and unethical. Students please be careful of where you park or it will cost you.
