Doubled insurance price after being with them for almost 20 years. Then refused to refund a month of insurance payed for that was not supposed to be autodrafted from my account since I had already canceled their service and moved my account to Statefarm. Very shady business practices. When I asked them to explain, they said they couldn't do a refund since I didn't bring it to their attention. Even though it was their mistake. And even though I had proof faxed over to them of the cancelation date and new insurance date all preceding the autodraft!!! Should have left them long before I did, since on both claims I had with them over the 20 years was only covered about 60 percent of the total damages. Go with someone who will work for you and not just try to steal your money!!!
