Sealy is an excellent, local owned and operated company! I have lived on a Sealy property for years and have always felt that any concerns/issues are taken care of immediately. I always feel, when I walk in, that Im the most important client they have even though I know that all are equally as important. I moved in sealy apartment at WoodLand Manor, I was resident for 2 years.I had two different landlords in those years of 2004 and 2006. I gotten along with them and paid my rent on time even if I was late I had to pay late payments in full. I was seldom late, so I decided to move out to purchase a home. I told the land lord about it months in advance but informed her I would let her know when I would be leaving. I didn't have a lease, I was there on month to month basis. I informed the land lord about my departure and she told me about some late charges I occurred but I couldn't understand where they come from we keep talking back and forth and I couldn't never get a straight answer from her, so I told her if she feels I owe her a late charge I would pay it.The landlord replied to me, I would have to leave that day because after the 1st. she was going to charge for next month. I found out later why they were terminated lawyers are writing me about money they didn't receive for my rent.
