Dolor "Duke" J. Chabot established Industrial Engineers in 1928. The company quickly became a force supporting Eastern Connecticut's booming textile industry. In 1956 Duke Chabot's son, Robert, took control of the family business. As the years passed, the company branched out into working for municipalities, state government and other heavy industries. For over 80 years, Industrial Engineers, Inc. has been called upon to handle particularly challenging industrial projects, and continues to provide superior service to our Customers. Industrial Engineers, Inc. continues to be run by the Chabot Family. Lori Chabot Lafayette is our company President and Chief Financial Officer. Al Chabot is our Operations Manager and Chief Estimator. Robert remains active on our board providing us with his years of knowledge to support us. We are a Woman Owned Small/Minority Business Enterprise. These three generations of the Chabot family have provided and will continue to provide our Customers with the cost effective and time saving solutions to their many challenges.
