So happy to receive the correct part and even advice on installing the threading assembly. I couldn't use my sewing maching because I couldn't see the needle hole. Now it's fix, with reasonable cost and pleasant customer service. Thank you!!!

I'd give them no stars, if possible. My warrantied machine was shipped to them at a cost to ME of $70. It was returned, inadequately packed, parts literally broken, and with a brand new error message that Singer, itself, refuses to address. I'd hate to do further business with these people, ever. Oh, I forgot to say they are rude on the phone.
