Horrible experience. Their promotions are false and all will change based on which staff member. Rude staff. Horrible security. Disgusting facility.

Octapharma plasma workers are nice and friendly people the service is fast and very comfortable I was scared the very first time I was donating but after my first experience everything came out alright and till now I am still donating I love this place

the place is horribble it looks like a factory wherehouse. they dont pay attention to you theyre rude and they give u your money through a debit card which sucks cuz each time u use it they charge a dollar and u have to buy something to take money off so really u lose a good amount of money for the four hours u were there .and if u lose your card they wont issue u a new one. DO NOT GO THERE THEY BRUISE YOUR VEINS AND EVEN THOUGH ITS THEIR FAULT THEY GIVE LIKE TEN DOLLARS SEND U ON YOUR WAY AND SAY DONT COME FOR A MONTH A HUNDRED THUMBS DOWN
