Seriously great place! I took my work heels to Cascade Shoe Repair hoping they could salvage my black heels of which the rubber on the bottom was so far gone, metal from the nail was showing. He said they will be ready next day. I came back next day and they were finished! The shoes looked better than I expected! They even cleaned up the actual heel part (stem) that gets scuffed where they almost looked brand new and for a cost around $12. For any future heels that require repair, I won't even hesitate to bring then back here!

The most wonderful of all shoe repair establishments! The owner insist on fixing your shoes correctly, quickly, and for a great price. All he asks if that if you don't like something you give him the chance to make it right. Aleksandr is very honest, resasonable, and efficient. I have been going to him for last 8 years. He has fixed evrything that he could, and told me honestly about the once he couldn't. Don't be passive aggressive. If you tell him what you want, he will make it so! BTW - he fixes purse strap lenghts very nicely as well.Highly highly recomended!
