Amazing Staff......Amazing Doctor.....Very Warm and compassionate people....I would trust any pet with these guys

Not only did I have to wait for almost an hour in the waiting room on more than one occasion, but they never gave me estimates on my pets surgeries and charged me nearly double what the spaying should have cost. My cats never had problems going to the vet until we moved to Ventura and I made the mistake of bringing them here, after they were fixed they are petrified to even go near a vet. In addition they prescribed my pets food that has now been recalled and they would not disclose the records to me. HORRIBLE SERVICE, HORRIBLE BEDSIDE MANNER, HORRIBLE PLACE. If you love your pet you WILL NOT BRING THEM HERE

Would recommend this place to any pet owner. I live close by but would drive some distance if needed. It's worth it! Last year they asked me if my cat had been drinking a lot of water and I realized; why yes, he had....he was tested for kidney function and it was found that he needed treatment. Thank you for prolonging my cat's life!
